The Great Outdoors
Just a few yards from the visitor centre is a children's playpark which is great fun for our younger visitors. The park is actually a small assault course - always popular and challenging for the more adventurous.
The adjoining forestry walks range from one of only five minutes to nearly one hour through the pretty forest areas. Dog walking is encouraged, and you can either take a gentle stroll or really pace yourself!
The shorter walk is also designed so that people in wheelchairs can quite comfortably enjoy the panoramic views of the River Shin.
If you are in a wheelchair you will be most welcome and full facilities are available for you, although it is not usually possible to get a wheelchair to the actual viewing platform at the Falls.
